candidate : Por Las Pampas au MEXIQUE 3/12 sept 09
ASO veut aussi 2 épreuves Rallye d'Europe Centrale en Hongrie (fin septembre) et le Pax Rally (début avril) dates à fixer. Le Maroc (début novembre) est aussi candidat.
OBSERVATION DE L'AFRICA RACE par la FIA en 2008/09 pour inscription éventuelle en 2010 !

This looks quite interresting.
CCR calendar with just 4 races looks small at first sight. But this yrea's Transorientale was incredible tough, and i believe it won't be easier in 2009. René Metge did organize many beautiful races in past years (Master rally, Rally d'Orient) but just a few of them got some attention from factory teams. I'm not sure about Por Las Pampas - it's a beautiful race without doubts, but it's pretty far away. And where the hell is Rallye des Pharaons?
Races of Baja Cup spread across the Europe with small addition of exotics in Saudi Arabia. Italian Baja was some kind of failure in the last years, so maybe it's time for a change. How about Baja Eurocarpatica in Romania? And it's a shame that Baja Great Britian was forced to end its short life this year.
